Covid 19 policies

We've missed you!
The past year has been a long and arduous journey for all of us. We've made it through incredible ups and downs, and now it appears that there is a light at the end of the tunnel. With the widespread rollout of the vaccines, as well as the community's diligence in following Covid 19 protocols, we are starting to move towards reopening and our new normal.Below we're laying out our plan for transitioning towards full reopening. Keep in mind that we're receiving new information and guidance from the government every day, and we're also listening to our members to hear what they want and need. All of the below is subject to change.
So here's the plan:
First and foremost we are following the guidance of medical professionals, including the California Blueprint for a Safer Economy.
If you have a fever, cough, orany symptoms associated with COVID-19, stay at home and get tested.
For now, official guidance still requires masks for individuals that are fully vaccinated when they are in public spaces. Given the distance and sedentary nature of office work, we are not requiring masks when seated at a desk. We do ask individuals to wear a mask when taking a tour, when walking around in the space, or when holding any in-person meetings.
We've set up a table at the entrance to the cowork with sanitation supplies, including disinfecting wipes, disinfecting spray, and hand sanitizer.
We've reconfigured our desks so that every seat has adequate distancing following the latest OSHA guidelines, and we’ve eliminated all meeting spaces.
Day passes may be discontinued during times of high infection rates, or when there are restrictions put in place by the county or the state.
We are asking that members limit the number of in-person meetings that they have, and we are asking that anyone participating in an in-person meeting wear a face covering.
We are sanitizing all surfaces at least once a day, and between uses
Sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer are available next to shared resources such as the printer. We ask that members wipe down any shared equipment after using or touching the equipment.
